I'm a serial entrepreneur, hype girl, and business growth coach. I founded the Dame MBA, a 90-day mentorship and business accelerator program for ambitious entrepreneurs that are ready for a proven pathway to success. I know how it feels to start a business without a lot of experience. Before my business success, I was just a college dropout with big dreams and a willingness to work hard but no idea how to run a profitable business.
I was a skilled beauty expert and salon owner, but I quickly learned a hard lesson: you can have all the technical skill, determination, and grit in the world… but unless you know how to strategically and confidently RUN A BUSINESS, your business will always run you, holding you back from the impact you could have (and the income you deserve).

In my search to master everything about entrepreneurship, I was able to build my business to 7 figures – becoming unapologetically confident in my leadership and ability to scale and run a profitable business year after year. And along the way, everyone started asking how they could replicate the same success in THEIR businesses too.
