As a beauty industry entrepreneur turned business coach, my passion is to empower women to create a life that they love. I have been in the beauty industry for over 22 years and built a salon from zero clients to 7 figures. Along the way, I learned a hard lesson—you can have all the technical skill, determination, and grit in the world… but unless you know how to strategically and confidently RUN A BUSINESS, your business will always run you, holding you back from the impact you could have (and the income you deserve). So, I sold the business for a profit and I set out to share what I’ve learned with other driven women in Northern Colorado (my home base) and female entrepreneurs from coast to coast.

I am a huge believer in finding your most confident voice and believe that there is infinite abundance out there for those intrepid women who are willing to reach for it. My communication style is heartfelt, honest, and aims for connection. 

I live in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado where I chase after my two miracle boys, Rocco and Hudson, along with my biggest supporter and husband, Jason. When I'm not working out or hiking, you will probably find me recording my podcast Turn the Volume Up or inspiring badass babes while sipping an Aperol spritz.
